4. Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind every product. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund terms:

• Unworn standard models may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping.
• Customized or engraved timepieces are non-refundable unless defective.
• Servicing fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@timelyluxnow.com within the return period. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
